Deliveries are by Australia Post. We package things very carefully, with plenty of strong card and/or bubble wrap, as the item requires. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, (but take heart, in our years of experience with mail orders, we haven’t had any problems with goods being lost or damaged in transit)
In some instances this website will not calculate freight. Please note that freight is payable and charged on all orders received via the website, unless it is clearly stated otherwise (for example, specific products or special offers). If there is a website error, or an order is placed outside the Australia Post standards and conditions as far as quantity and weight is concerned, a freight charge will be quoted via email, fax or phone call. This freight charge is required to be paid prior to the despatch of the order. Failure to pay the freight charge will result in the order being cancelled and monies paid will be refunded.
