I think this is the biggest my work has ever been – a banner across the front of the Exhibition Buildings in Melbourne for the 6th International Feminist Book Fortnight in 1994, purple of course. I did the IFBF logo – a flying woman on a book in various guises, nicknamed ‘Bookie’ by the organisers. People came from all over the world – publishers, writers, speakers, the general public. In spite of it seeming the most freezing winter ever, a great time was had by all.
